Join leaders of LGBTQ+ & Ally ERGs, BRGs, or Affinity groups and other Inclusion professionals at the February LGBTQ+ B/ERG Leadership Roundtable hosted by Chamber Impact Partner, Kroger, at their Marketplace location in Northeast Houston. Arrive at 12:30 pm for a light lunch courtesy of Kroger’s deli.

February Theme: Engaging retail and hourly employees effectively in employee resource groups and internal belonging programming

Not every workplace in Houston operates on a 9-to-5 schedule, and not every employee works at a computer or a desk for most of their day. How do you best engage those employees with internal LGBTQ+ inclusion and belonging programming? Join us for a special retail-focused B/ERG Leadership Roundtable as we explore different workplace settings across the greater Houston region and share best practices for engaging an hourly workforce. We will also have time for open discussion, and Chamber 2026 updates will be shared.

Following the meeting, join Kroger staff for an optional, behind-the-scenes tour of the Kroger Marketplace.

Who should attend?

This event is limited to officers or leadership roles within a company’s LGBTQ+ & Ally Employee Resource Group, Business Resource Group (BRG), or Affinity group, or Inclusion professionals if that company is a current Impact Partner with the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce.

As part of the Chamber’s LGBTQ+ Workplace Alliance program this event is specifically tailored to leaders who are supporting internal LGBTQ+ and ally initiatives, their executive sponsors, and supporting staff leading B/ERG work at companies who are active Impact Partners.
