Administrative & Membership Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

To be first point of contact for current and future clients. The role of Administrative & Membership Assistant is important to generate and maintain a supportive and professional relationship with clients and potential clients (leads) in all stages of their relationship with the Sesh team.


SUPPORT RESOURCE

The Administrative & Membership Assistant is the first stage of contact for the Sesh Coworking space and will report to the Sesh manager for guidance and resources to perform their daily responsibilities.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Give tours of the work space
  • Process new and existing memberships and bookings
  • Manage meeting space reservations from internal and external platforms
  • Understanding and clearly communicating Sesh offerings, core values & mission to new leads
  • Identify prospective customers and lead generation
  • Cross and up-sell products
  • Manage telephone calls in a friendly and hospitable manner
  • Maintain internal calendar and tour appointments
  • Document all client interactions and deals in Hubspot
  • Initiate Client Intake form and collect required onboarding information to convert Lead to Client 
  • Distribute Welcome Kit to new Clients
  • Facilitate Check-In for all visitors at Sesh
  • Prepping meeting spaces for reservations
  • Attend all required Sesh team meetings
  • Communication with clients via phone, text, and email
  • Assist members with their needs and questions
  • Coworking space upkeep
  • Additional duties may be incorporated relative to individual experience

Key Requirements

  • Reliable Transportation
  • Sense of humor (we’re a hospitality business)
  • Strong Verbal & Written communication skills


Business casual attire. All major holidays off.  Pay: $18/hour for first 6 weeks, then $20/hour after. College degree not required. Bonus points: You have sales experience, you want more than just a job, quick learner and you know what it means to take initiative.
