Space is limited. Featured Member Showcase Tables are limited each month and typically fill quickly.

This sponsorship opportunity offers members a unique way to spotlight their business or organization, build new connections, and engage with the Chamber community during one of our most popular monthly gatherings.

With 130–150 business and community leaders typically in attendance, the Featured Member Showcase provides a valuable opportunity to increase your brand visibility and connect with a highly engaged audience.

Submission of this Sponsorship Form is considered a contractual obligation for payment from the submitter of this form to the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce. The sponsor logo or name will be included on event materials, subject to timely receipt of the sponsorship form.

Rules & Guidelines
  • Eligibility: Featured Member Showcase tables are available only to current Chamber members in good standing.
  • Payment Required in Advance: An invoice will be issued upon confirmation.  Payment must be received within the invoice terms and no later than fifteen (15) business days prior to the breakfast.
  • Arrival & Set-Up Time: Tables must be fully set up no later than 7:30 AM on the morning of the event.
  • Table Reassignment: The Chamber reserves the right to reassign unoccupied tables after the event begins.
  • Table Staffing: The Featured Member Showcase Sponsor is responsible for staffing its table throughout the event.
  • Table Display: Displays must fit within the space provided and remain neat, professional, and appropriate for a business networking environment.
  • Promotional Materials: Handouts, giveaways, and promotional materials are welcome, but they must reflect positively on your business/organization and the Chamber.
  • Limited Availability: Featured Member Showcase tables are limited and available on a first-confirmed, first-paid basis.
  • No Shared Tables Without Approval: Reserved tables are for the approved sponsoring member only and may not be transferred, shared, or reassigned without prior approval from the Chamber.
  • Event Promotion: The Chamber may recognize Featured Member Showcase sponsors in event materials, onsite signage, or during the breakfast, at its discretion.
  • Compliance with Chamber Standards: The Chamber reserves the right to decline or remove any display, material, or participation that does not align with the Chamber’s mission, values, or event standards.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • No Refund Policy: Featured Member Showcase table reservations are considered a sponsorship opportunity and are non-refundable once confirmed and invoiced
  • No-Show Policy: If a member sponsors a Featured Member table and does not attend the breakfast or staff the table, the sponsorship fee will be forfeited. 
  • Chamber Discretion: The Chamber reserves the right to consider unforeseen or emergency circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Transfer to Another Breakfast Date

Transfer to Another Breakfast Date: If a member is unable to attend their reserved 3rd Thursday Breakfast, they may request to transfer their Featured Member Showcase table to a future breakfast date, subject to availability.

Advance Notice Required: Requests to transfer to another breakfast must be submitted in writing at least fifteen (15) business days prior to the scheduled event.

Availability: Transfers are not guaranteed and will be approved based on the availability of Featured Member Showcase tables for the requested future date.

Late Requests: Transfer requests received fewer than fifteen (15) business days prior to the event may not be accommodated, and the sponsorship fee may be forfeited if the member does not attend. The Chamber will make reasonable efforts to work with members experiencing unforeseen or emergency circumstances.

One-Time Transfer: Table reservations may be transferred one time only to another breakfast date within the same calendar year. 

Limit on Active Reservations: To ensure fair access for all members, a business or organization may hold no more than three (3) Featured Member Showcase table reservations at a time within a rolling six-month period. Additional reservations may be made once a previously reserved date has passed. 

Transfer of Reservation to Another Member: A Featured Member table reservation may be transferred to another Chamber member in good standing if the request is submitted in writing at least fifteen (15) business days prior to the event and approved by the Chamber. 

Late Transfer Requests: Transfer requests received fewer than fifteen (15) business days prior to the event may not be accommodated.

Chamber Approval Required: All transfers must be approved by the Chamber to ensure the participating organization meets eligibility requirements.
