By submitting this form, the sponsoring organization agrees to the following:

• The organization is authorized to make the sponsorship commitment selected above.
• Sponsorship benefits are subject to availability and applicable production deadlines.
• Benefits requiring logos, advertisements, descriptions, or other sponsor-supplied materials may be forfeited if materials are not received by the stated deadline.
• Activation locations are assigned according to sponsorship level, operational requirements, availability, and the date the completed commitment is received.
• All activations, displays, giveaways, activities, and distributed materials require approval by the event organizers and Discovery Green®.
• The sponsor is responsible for the conduct of its representatives and for complying with all event, venue, permitting, safety, and operational requirements.
• The event organizers reserve the right to reject or require modification of any activation or materials that are unsafe, inappropriate, inconsistent with the event’s family-friendly nature, or contrary to the mission and values of Families with Pride.
• Sponsorship commitments are noncancelable and nonrefundable.
• If the event is postponed or materially modified because of weather, public safety, venue requirements, governmental action, or circumstances beyond the organizers’ reasonable control, sponsorship payments will remain nonrefundable, and the organizers will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable recognition or benefits.
