2024 Holiday Celebration Rainbow Market Exhibitor Form

Guidelines

  • Participation is based on first come, first serve
  • Member must complete the Rainbow Market Exhibitor Form to be considered
  • If the member cannot participate for a confirmed date, the member will notify the Chamber at least one week in advance to give the Chamber the opportunity to fill the table.
  • Participating business or organization must be a member in good standing with the Chamber.
  • Participation in the Rainbow Market is at the Chamber's discretion.
  • Vendors that agree to participate in the Rainbow Market as part of the Chamber Holiday Celebration should arrive for load-in between 4:00-4:45 p.m.  Vendors can pull up to the front door to unload, then park in the main parking lot. Tables should be set-up and ready by 5:15 p.m. and should be fully operational until the Holiday Celebration event ends at 8:00 p.m.

The cost to secure a spot is $100. You must reserve AND pay for your spot no later than December 5, 2024.

All exhibitor spots are indoors, and no electricity will be available. Exhibitors must bring a table, table cover, chair(s), promotional items and merchandise for sale.

Please note: If you are participating in the Rainbow Market, cancellation is required at least 5 business days in advance so another member can have the opportunity to participate. We appreciate your cooperation in communicating to the Chamber, in advance, if you are unable to participate in the Rainbow Market.
