Drag Bingo Member Showcase Form
Are you a Chamber Member interested in showcasing your business? Complete the Member Showcase Form. Eureka Heights will host four Chamber Members in the taproom, including LGBTQ+ and Allied owned businesses, each month as part of the Chamber Member Showcase alongside Drag Bingo.
Currently, there is no charge at this time for members to participate in the Member Showcase. However, certain cancellations and no shows will be billed according to the terms below.
Guidelines
- Participation is based on first come, first serve
- Member must complete the Member Showcase Form to be considered
- Members can participate once per quarter (other members completing the Member Showcase Form who have not participated will be given first opportunity)
- If the member cannot participate for a confirmed date, the member will notify the Chamber at least one week in advance to give the Chamber the opportunity to fill the table.
- Member must be in good standing with the Chamber
- Participation in the Member Showcase is at the Chamber's discretion.
- Vendors that agree to participate in the Member Showcase as part of Drag Bingo with Eureka Heights Brewery should arrive before 6:30 p.m. Tables should be set-up and ready to go by 6:30 p.m. and should be fully operational until Drag Bing event ends at 8:30 p.m.

Please note: If you are participating in the Member Showcase that cancellation is required at least 5 business days in advance so another member can have the opportunity to participate. If you cancel with less than 5 business days notice, you will be billed for a $100 cancellation fee.
If you are signed up to participate in the Member Showcase and you are a "No Show," you will be assessed $150 "No Show" fee.
We appreciate your cooperation in communicating to the Chamber, in advance, if you are unable to participate in the Member Showcase.
