What is the AI-Ready Lab?

The AI-Ready Small Business Lab is a four-session, hands-on program designed to help entrepreneurs integrate AI into how they run, market, and grow their business.

Purpose: Apply AI to financial planning and funding tasks that drive profit. Key Learning Points: Using AI to analyze QuickBooks or spreadsheets Forecasting cash flow and modeling pricing or ROI Drafting stronger proposals and grant applications with AI Session Deliverable: AI Financial & Proposal Toolkit - prompt templates and checklists for budgeting and funding
