Let’s talk about PRESENCE. What does it mean to show-up fully? How do LGBTQ+ professionals navigate how much of themselves to reveal when working in business spaces?

About Tim:
Tim Kollatschny spent nearly 30 years at Shell, leading global businesses while learning what it really means to lead with presence. As an openly gay executive, he didn’t always have a map. He found his way by showing up honestly, especially when it felt risky.
Today, Tim is an executive coach with his own company, Coach To Elevate, who works with leaders and professionals navigating visibility, influence, and imposter syndrome. His approach is rooted in lived experience, emotional clarity, and the belief that real presence doesn’t come from performing, but from being real. We are proud to call Coach To Elevate one of our Chamber members.
