What is the AI-Ready Lab?

The AI-Ready Small Business Lab is a four-session, hands-on program designed to help entrepreneurs integrate AI into how they run, market, and grow their business. 

This is not about theory or hype. It’s about showing small business owners how to turn repetitive work, scattered marketing, and disconnected processes into smarter systems that drive real, measurable results.

Each session stands on its own while also building toward a cohesive learning experience. Participants will leave with:

  • Real-world use cases
  • Practical steps they can apply immediately

Session 1 — AI Beyond the Basics: Real Use, Real Results
