I bring over 16 years of insurance experience to the table and will be personally training the Account Executive My office is located near East Downtown and I pay for the cost of obtaining your insurance license. Job Description:

The Torma Agency - Goosehead Insuance is seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, work with a variety of insurance products, and grow within a successful, innovative agency. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing great customer service

- Work closely with real estate professionals and other referral sources to generate leads and expand your book of business

- Analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to protect their home, auto, and other valuable assets

- State up to date with latest insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to offer the best advice to clients 

- Process insurance applications and renewal in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years experience in customer service or sales

- No insurance experience required!

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively 

- Self motivated and goal oriented

- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus

- A valid Texas insurance license or ability to obtain one (licensing cost paid by agency)
