Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with Down syndrome and their families? GiGi's Playhouse Houston is seeking dedicated, community-minded leaders to join our volunteer Board of Directors.

We are currently looking for individuals to serve as:

• General Board Members

• Fundraising & Development
• Finance & Accounting
• Business Leadership
• Community Partnerships

As a board member, you'll help guide the future of GiGi's Playhouse Houston while supporting our mission of providing free, purposeful educational, therapeutic, and career development programs for individuals with Down syndrome of all ages. Board members serve as ambassadors for our organization, contribute their professional expertise, assist with fundraising efforts, and help expand our impact throughout the Greater Houston community.

Board Member Requirements

We are seeking engaged, passionate leaders who are committed to helping GiGi's Playhouse Houston grow and thrive. Ideal candidates have previous volunteer experience with a nonprofit organization and understand the value of giving their time, talents, and expertise to a mission-driven cause. Our Board of Directors is an active, working board, and members are expected to regularly attend board meetings, participate in committee work, support fundraising initiatives, volunteer at events and programs when possible, and serve as ambassadors for our mission throughout the community. We are looking for individuals who are excited to roll up their sleeves, collaborate with fellow board members, and play an active role in expanding our impact for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
