• All auction items must be appropriate for a professional, inclusive audience.
• High-value and experience-based items may receive enhanced placement and recognition when feasible.
• Silent auction items are typically higher-value offerings and may include premium products, services, experiences, or bundled packages designed to maximize bidding and fundraising impact.
• Lower-value items may be redirected to door prizes or raffles when appropriate.
• Auction item placement, starting bids, minimum bids, packaging, promotion, and platform usage are determined by the Chamber.
• Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance or placement in a specific event or auction.
• The Chamber reserves the right to decline items that do not align with event goals, audience, values, or logistical needs.
