2025 Show Your Pride Photo Shoot Request Form


Show Your Pride Photo Session Requirements:
  • Maximum of 4-hours
  • Payment must be received before photo session
Photo Shoot Parameters if beyond a 20-mile radius of Downtown Houston - fees below, plus:
  • Minimum 2-hour photo shoot
  • Trip charge - mileage at 2025 IRS mileage rate .70 per mile
Fees (company hosted):

1 hour – 20 people

  • Rate: $6,000

2 hours – 40 people
  • Rate:  $10,000
  • 40 Show Your Pride T-Shirts
  • 40 stickers
3 hours – 60 people
  • Rate: $14,000
  • 60 Show Your Pride T-Shirts
  • 60 stickers
  • 60 Show Your Pride bags
4 hours – 80 people
  • Rate: $18,000
  • 80 Show Your Pride T-Shirts
  • 80 stickers
  • 80 Show Your Pride bags
Fees (closed studio):

1 hour – 20 people

  • Rate: $4,000
  • 20 Show Your Pride T-Shirts
  • 20 stickers
2 hours – 40 people
  • Rate:  $8,000
  • 40 Show Your Pride T-Shirts
  • 40 stickers
3 hours – 60 people
  • Rate: $10,000
  • 60 Show Your Pride T-Shirts

  • 60 Show Your Pride bags
4 hours – 80 people
  • Rate: $12,000

Other Requirements

If photo shoot exceeds scheduled photo shoot time based on agreement, additional fees will apply per hour up to a maximum of 4-hours. Refer to fee section.  
 
Travel time will not be included in the allotted photo shoot time as noted in the Photo Shoot Parameters above.
 
Edited photos will reflected on the Show Your Pride website and uploaded to online storage via PicTime Platform within 7 days of the photo shoot. The photos will be accessible to contracted hosts and sponsors.
 
Any company that is not a Chamber member will be charged an additional 30% non-member rate on the promoted rates listed above for a photo shoot, plus a trip charge beyond a 20-mile radius.

Company or organization will provide a suitable venue for the Show Your Pride photo shoot.   Suitable venues will be determined in collaboration with the Chamber and Creative Partner, Soneja Creative.

A suitable venue is defined as:

  • 15x15 space with at least 10-foot ceiling clearance
  • 1 Table
  • Elevator access to space if set up is not on first floor of the building
  • Loading and unloading zone
  • Onsite parking within close proximity of facility
