Prism Premier Travel isn't your average agency. We are a queer-owned, Houston-based boutique firm dedicated to the idea that every journey should be a celebration of identity. We specialize in crafting high-end, bespoke travel experiences where safety, luxury, and queer joy intersect.

We are looking for passionate, entrepreneurial individuals to join us as Independent Travel Advisors. If you believe that travel is a tool for connection and empowerment, we want to help you build your business under our umbrella.

The Role (What You’ll Do)

As a member of the Prism Premier team, you are a consultant and a curator. You will:

Design Bespoke Escapes: Move beyond "cookie-cutter" packages to build unique, luxury itineraries for LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and groups.

Advocate for Your Clients: Use your expertise to ensure every hotel, cruise, and tour operator we work with is truly inclusive and welcoming.

Build Your Brand: Actively network within the Houston community (and beyond) to grow your own book of business.

Master the Niche: Stay up-to-date on the best "out" destinations, queer-owned hidden gems, and safe-travel protocols.

The Resident Expert: You’re the one everyone calls when they need to know where to stay in Provincetown, Mykonos, or Puerto Vallarta.

Service-Obsessed: You understand that luxury is in the details—from the welcome amenity to the airport transfer.

Self-Starter: You are excited about the freedom of running your own business and are ready to put in the work to see it grow.

Community-Connected: You have a pulse on the LGBTQ+ community and a desire to see our people travel better and safer.

The Details

Flexible & Remote: Work from your home office, a coffee shop, or a beach in the Maldives. You set your own hours.

Commission-Based (1099): This is an Independent Contractor role. Your earning potential is uncapped—you get out exactly what you put in.

Mentorship: You’ll receive direct support and guidance from our founder, Johnny Rios, to help you navigate the luxury travel market.
