The 2026 LGBTQ+ Workplace Alliance Summit is the Chamber’s annual professional development and networking event for LGBTQ+ & Allied Business/Employee Resource Group (B/ERG) leaders, human resources, talent recruitment, supplier access, and leadership professionals engaged in belonging and inclusion efforts within their companies in Houston and beyond. Offering both in-person and virtual opportunities to engage, the Summit will focus around this year's theme:

The last day to register to attend the Summit (in-person or virtual) is Friday, October 30, 2026.
A virtual attendance option is available but in-person attendance is strongly encouraged. Tables of up to 7 are available as part of sponsorship opportunities.
