Join The Curve Foundation at Pearl Bar as we make LGBTQ+ history!


The Chamber is PROUD to partner with The Curve Foundation and our newest Impact Partner, Airbnb. Join us on October 13 and let's make LGBTQ+ history together! The event is hosted by Chamber Member, Pearl Bar.

We invite you to bring your Curve and Deneuve magazines to donate to the University of Houston's Libraries, starting a Curve magazine collection! Funded by a generous grant from the AKR Foundation, the Curve Foundation will be collecting copies of Curve magazine and recording oral histories, all to start a Curve magazine archive as part of the LGBTQ+ History Research Collection at the University of Houston Libraries!

Bring a copy of Curve/Deneuve for the archive and score some free swag!
Oh, and did we mention festivities, food, and entertainment? There will be lesbian trivia, a drag king performance, and nibbles cooked up by Sloan Rinaldi of the Netflix series Barbecue Showdown (Season 3) and fourth-generation Houston Pitmaster!
