Join the Texas LGBTQ Chambers of Commerce Day at the Capitol on February 13th and 14th.
Sign up below to join the Texas LGBTQ Chambers of Commerce at the Capitol for a day of advocacy to ensure our state stays open for all businesses. Members are invited to join us to talk to legislators about legislation impacting the LGBTQ+ and Allied business community and overall LGBTQ+ community.

The Texas LGBTQ Chambers of Commerce have been working on a collective legislative goal: to add the LGBTBE® Certification to state contracting to ensure that LGBTQ+ businesses are recognized and included. Representation matters in state contracting and ensuring the LGBTQ+ business community has a seat at the table. We are also working to fight anti-LGBTQ+ bills and send a message that Texas needs to be open for ALL business and that Business IS Business!

The Texas LGBT Chambers will host a welcome reception on Monday, February 13th in downtown Austin. Hear from Texas LGBTQ Leaders, enjoy hors d’oeuvres, and network with others before the big Day at the Capitol.
When: Monday, February 13th at 5:00pm
Where: McGuireWoods Consulting, 300 Colorado St, Fl 16 Austin, TX
We will begin our day with a breakfast at the REJ Conference Center and it will be our “home base” throughout the day. We will return to that location for lunch and for a post-advocacy day recap.

8:00 AM - Breakfast
Join us for a complimentary breakfast with invited elected officials.
9:00 AM - Group Photo
Please follow us to the front of the capitol for a photo of attendees.
9:30 AM - Senate Recognition
Attendees are allowed to observe in the balcony the resolution being presented on the chamber floors.
11:00 AM - Individual meetings
Refer to your assigned offices for meetings with your elected officials.
NOON - Lunch
Join us for a complimentary lunch with invited representatives and leaders.
1:30 PM - Individual meetings
Refer to your assigned offices for meetings with your elected officials.
2:30 PM - House Recognition
Attendees are allowed to observe in the balcony the resolution being presented on the chamber floors.
3:00 PM - Debrief & Dismissal
We'll gather one last time to debrief the day.
