Paul Cheong received both his B.S. degree in Biology in 1984 and an M.B.A. degree in Finance in 1990 from the University of Houston/University Park. He has over 24 years of banking experience focusing on Commercial Lending and SBA loan program. In 2006, Paul Cheong was selected by the Houston SBA District Office as Financial Service Champion of the Year. From 2009 to 2011, he served as the Chairman of the SBA Houston District Advisory Council. He also served as 2011 President of the Houston Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders. Paul is currently Board Member of the Mexican Institute of Greater Houston and also the Lone Star State Capital Corporation, a CDC for the SBA 504 Loan Program.
