What is the AI-Ready Lab?

The AI-Ready Small Business Lab is a hands-on program designed to help entrepreneurs integrate AI into how they run, market, and grow their business.

Session 2 — AI for Business Operations: Efficiency That Pays Off

Purpose: Attendees will understand how AI can streamline and automate admin work and client processes. Key Learning Points: Drafting proposals, contracts, and quotes with AI Building SOP's, policies, and forms in minutes Automating emails and scheduling with prompt frameworks Session Deliverable: Operations Optimization Worksheet - map three daily processes for automation.

 Registration closes at 12 PM CT on Monday, April 20th.

You can still register if you have not attended the prior sessions.

Be sure and bring your laptop (fully charged!) for hands-on learning.

❓ I missed the first workshop. Can I still attend the upcoming sessions?
Yes! Each workshop is designed as a standalone session. While attending the full series gives you the deepest experience, you can jump in at any point.

❓ Do I have to be a small business owner to attend?
Not at all. While this series is designed with small businesses in mind, nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, and anyone curious about AI tools are welcome.

❓ Do I need to be tech-savvy or already using AI?
No. These sessions are designed for all levels—from AI-curious to AI-experienced. We break things down in an approachable way with practical, hands-on examples.

❓ What will I learn?
Each session covers practical, real-world applications of AI that you can implement right away—from workflow automation to smarter content creation and efficiency tools.

❓ Will there be hands-on learning?
Yes. These sessions are interactive, so bring your laptop and be ready to explore tools, test ideas, and ask questions.

❓ Can my team attend with me?
Absolutely. This is a great learning and team-building opportunity. Encourage your staff or colleagues to register.

❓ Is networking included?
Yes! After the workshop, stick around and connect with other attendees at Weights + Measures. Grab lunch, keep the conversations going, and build new connections. (Lunch is on you, but the company and conversations are worth it.)
