Description
STAYING THE COURSE ON LGBTQ+ INCLUSION IN THE WORKPLACE
Tuesday, February 18, 2025 | 12:00 - 1:00PM
Headlines are reporting some companies rolling back DEI spending or programming. A handful of companies have declined to participate in the HRC Corporate Equality Index. But is that the whole story? Join us for our February virtual Lunch & Learn as we invite Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Stakeholder Engagement team to join us for a special conversation.
Online registration closes at 10am on Tuesday, February 18th.
This important conversation is a perfect opportunity to invite your B/ERG’s Executive Sponsor to join the call as we will focus on research and strategies for supporting B/ERG and DEI efforts in the current climate.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This event is complimentary and open to any employee from a company that is a current Impact Partner with the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber’s LGBTQ+ Workplace Alliance program is specifically tailored to those companies that have an LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, Business Resource Group (BRG), or Affinity group. These virtual programs are not limited to those in the Greater Houston metro area but will, at times, focus on Texas-centric content.
Register today for this Lunch & Learn opportunity provided to our Chamber Impact Partners as part of the LGBTQ+ Workplace Alliance Program.
ABOUT THE LGBTQ+ WORKPLACE ALLIANCE
The LGBTQ+ Workplace Alliance was developed exclusively for Chamber Impact Partners to facilitate engagement and learning between LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders and others who are a part of their companies' diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives. Learn more here.
