Aimee K. Broadhurst has over 15 years of experience working with ERGs, their leaders, and Executive Sponsors. She served over eight years in various ERG leadership roles, including co-leading an LGBTQ+ ERG for four years. She is widely recognized as an ERG expert and allyship advocate.
Aimee is a sought-after teacher, facilitator, and speaker. She is the author of The ERG Handbook – Everything You Wanted to Know About ERGs and Didn’t Know Who to Ask and The ERG Handbook Companion Workbook. She and her team at Inclusive Space have trained thousands of leaders to Launch, Grow, and Thrive their ERGS. This event is complimentary and open to any employee from a company that is a current Impact Partner with the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber’s LGBTQ+ Workplace Alliance program is specifically tailored to those companies that have an LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, Business Resource Group (BRG), or Affinity group. These virtual programs are not limited to those in the Greater Houston metro area but will at times focus on Texas-centric content.
