From tariffs to conflicts to government shutdowns, there are various factors outside your control that are impacting your companies and could impact staffing and budgets in the long term. Learn how B/ERG leaders can think strategically as individuals and as a team, about their groups’ budgets, annual plans, and company-wide inclusion efforts to ensure they are rising to meet challenging economic environments, while also preparing for any uncertainty ahead.

PROGRAM

This three-part program will include our keynote speaker, as well as information on maximizing the Chamber Partnership and Network.

Maximizing Your Leadership Potential

Christina Hutchinson, Associate Program Leader, Executive Leadership and Performance Coach with Chamber member Mark Kamin & Associates, will lead a facilitated discussion on how B/ERG leaders can work together within their companies to rise to meet challenges, anticipate budget cuts or changing resources, and keep their focus on the work of inclusion regardless of the challenges coming from every direction.

Maximizing Chamber Partnership

Ryan Wilson, Director of Corporate Relations, will outline the benefits of partnering with the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce that many companies may overlook. He will share ways to work those resources and events into your B/ERG calendars and programming, and help make your leadership role easier!
