Chamber Announces Collaboration with The Woodlands Pride

The Greater Houston LGBT Chamber of Commerce has forged a collaborative agreement with The Woodlands Pride (TWP) that will serve the interests of both organizations.

The agreement is designed to support the LGBT business and allied business community and the LGBTQ community as a whole. The Chamber and TWP will each promote the other organization’s events and announcements. The agreement also calls for other cross-promotion of membership and promotion opportunities to support the mission of each organization.

“The Woodlands Pride is thrilled to be a part of celebrating and encouraging small businesses in the Houston area,” said Jason Rocha, Founder and CEO of The Woodlands Pride. “Our partnership provides the LGBTQIA community the chance to be more visible then ever before, which is necessary for big cities and growing suburbs. We look forward to working with the Greater Houston LGBT Chamber of Commerce, promoting equality, unity, and love.”

"The Chamber prioritizes strategic partnerships as one of our key focus areas,” said Chamber Board Chair and Co-Founder Tammi Wallace. “The partnership with The Woodlands Pride gives us an opportunity to promote the Chamber in one of the fastest growing areas of the region and to support TWP's annual Pride event. It's a win-win for our members and the LGBTQ community.”
