In an effort to keep our members and the community informed, we are providing an update regarding Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce Co-Founder, President & CEO, Tammi Wallace, who recently traveled to Israel as part of a North American LGBTQ+ Delegation. Tammi was invited by Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) in connection with Pride Month.

Due to the recent international conflict involving Israel and Iran, the Chamber has remained in close communication with Tammi, while the MFA coordinated evacuation logistics for the delegation.

We are relieved to share that, as of today, Tammi has been safely evacuated through Jordan and is currently en route back to the United States. Her safety and well-being continue to be our top priority as we support her return home.

Tammi has expressed her sincere gratitude for the outpouring of support and concern extended to her during this challenging time. She is eager to return home, and we anticipate her safe arrival soon.
