I provide counseling/ therapy in a safe and confidential space for those coping with difficult issues who want direction, guidance and support to clarify their thinking and come to their own emotionally rewarding conclusions. My specialties are couples therapy, working with spouses/ partners of those addicted to alcohol, overcoming codependency, setting boundaries, dealing with grief, trauma, loss, physical challenges, retirement and coming out on the positive side of life's transitions.

I have over 30 years experience doing individual, couples and family psychotherapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, drug and alcohol counselor, a certified IMAGO relationship counselor, a Registered Nurse.
