Tiffany Jackson is the founder and owner of Pink Piggy Pickup, a Houston-based junk removal, hauling, and lawn care company built on resilience, hard work, and second chances.

Tiffany's journey began in the Texas foster care system, where she spent much of her childhood moving between placements and schools before aging out of care. Like many former foster youth, she faced significant challenges navigating adulthood without the traditional support systems that many people take for granted. Throughout her life, she has experienced periods of housing instability and homelessness, experiences that shaped her determination to build a different future for herself and others facing similar obstacles.

Despite these challenges, Tiffany earned a Bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University and a Master's degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University. She built a successful career in public health, serving in roles ranging from epidemiology and infectious disease response to healthcare quality management and community health education. Her work has included supporting COVID-19 response efforts, managing healthcare compliance programs, and improving health outcomes for vulnerable populations.

After experiencing multiple layoffs due to government funding cuts and organizational closures, Tiffany decided to take control of her future by launching Pink Piggy Pickup. What started as a way to create stability and income quickly grew into a mission-driven business focused on helping people reclaim their homes, properties, and peace of mind.

Today, Pink Piggy Pickup provides junk removal, property cleanouts, hauling services, and lawn care throughout the Houston area. More than just a service company, the business reflects Tiffany's commitment to creating opportunities for individuals who have faced barriers to employment, including former foster youth and neurodivergent adults.

Tiffany believes that where someone starts in life should never determine where they can go. Through Pink Piggy Pickup, she hopes to demonstrate that perseverance, community support, and hard work can transform adversity into opportunity.
