Joel Dietz, PCC, ACTC, SPHR is the founder of Orange Door, providing fractional HR leadership, talent/management development, and executive coaching to growing Houston-area companies, along with career coaching for individual professionals.

Orange Door supports the growth of scaling small to mid-sized businesses that need strategic HR expertise and employee training, but aren't ready for full-time HR headcount. Joel provides the flexibility to scale around your changing business needs, delivering the executive partnership and business acumen that growing companies so often need.

Joel provides on-demand HR guidance that prevents costly people problems (including employee relations, performance management, leadership development, compliance, and policy development) while also delivering customized training, workshops, and executive coaching that turns operational experts into effective people leaders.

With over 25 years of senior-level corporate HR and Talent Development experience, Joel brings strategic business partnership to growing organizations. He has coached emerging and experienced leaders and built talent development programs at scale. Joel is an ICF-certified leadership and team coach, as well as a senior-level certified HR professional through the Society for Human Resource Management and the HR Certification Institute.

Additionally, Joel provides career coaching for individual professionals navigating career transitions and leadership development goals.

Orange Door is a certified LGBTBE through the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. Joel serves clients throughout Houston and beyond.
