For over 15 years, I navigated the high-pressure world of professional kitchens and fine wine, rooted in a degree in Culinary Science from Le Cordon Bleu. But my perspective shifted deeply during my own battle with cancer. That journey taught me that food is more than just technique—it is our most fundamental source of resilience and connection.
I’ve brought my career full circle to move away from the "alpha" energy of commercial lines and into a role of stewardship. I founded Cawood Culinary to provide the same sense of restoration and mindful nourishment that once saved me. By blending veteran expertise with a Personal Chef service-mind, I transform your kitchen from a source of stress into a sanctuary of well-being.
