🌟 Sponsored by: Legacy Community Health

CONNECT. ENGAGE. START YOUR DAY WITH PURPOSE.

Join us for our March 3rd Thursday Breakfast, one of the Chamber’s most popular monthly gatherings—bringing together 125–150 LGBTQ+ and Allied business owners, professionals, nonprofits, and community from across Greater Houston.

This month’s breakfast takes place during National LGBTQ+ Health Awareness Week (March 16–20, 2026).

As policies and funding shift, threatening vital services for some of our most vulnerable communities, an unwavering commitment to protecting inclusive, affirming healthcare must remain a priority. This breakfast creates space to engage with organizations doing critical health equity work, inform our community about LGBTQ+ health needs, and unite providers, community members, and allies around real solutions.

FUEL YOUR MORNING. POWER YOUR NETWORK. JOIN US.

Online registration closes at noon on Wednesday, March 18.

🎀 Featured Speaker

Dr. Melanie Melville (she/her)
Associate Chief of Clinical Services, Behavioral Health

We are excited to welcome Dr. Melanie Melville with
Legacy Community Health as our special guest speaker. Her insight will be timely with the recognition of National LGBTQ+ Health Awareness Week.

About Dr. Melanie Melville

Dr. Melanie Melville graduated from medical school in her native country, Guatemala, from Universidad Francisco Marroquin in 2007. She completed her general psychiatry residency program with an emphasis in psychotherapy at the University of Virginia in 2010. She also served as Chief Resident during her time there.

Dr. Melville has been with Legacy since 2010, serving patients at the Mapleridge clinic. She became clinical lead at Mapleridge in 2017 and transitioned into the role of Medical Director of Behavioral Health in February of 2019. In 2022, she then became Associate Chief of Clinical Services Behavioral Health.

As a psychiatrist, Dr. Melville practices evidence-based medicine in a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment. As a leader, her strength lies in mindful awareness of her colleagues’ talents. Here at Legacy, Dr. Melville is proud to work with driven, dedicated associates—she believes that the collaborative effort of the behavioral health department is what has allowed them to reach and assist such a great number of people over time.
