Ready to share B/ERG best practices? Then make your plans to join us for the January LGBTQ+ B/ERG Leadership Roundtable. As part of the Chamber’s LGBTQ+ Workplace Alliance program, these B/ERG Leadership Roundtables are an opportunity for officers or those in leadership roles to Connect, Network, Share, & Learn – all important Spheres of Impact for our program. 

January’s program will feature two exciting portions:

• Special Discussion facilitated by NRG’s One Space - winner of the Chamber’s 2024 LGBTQ+ Workplace Alliance Rising Star B/ERG Award. More details coming soon. 
  
  
• Mario Harper (he/him), Lead, U.S. Business Action to End HIV. Mario will share an update on the Chamber’s joint initiative with Health Action Alliance to address HIV/AIDS in the Greater Houston area through a business lens and our upcoming February 12th meeting of the Houston Business Action to End HIV chapter.   

We will also have an open discussion opportunity to share best practices and ask questions for peer-to-peer engagement. Bring your questions and ideas to share. 

Who should attend?

This event is limited to officers or leadership roles within a company’s LGBTQ+ & Ally Employee Resource Group, Business Resource Group (BRG), or Affinity group if that company is a current Impact Partner with the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce. As part of the Chamber’s LGBTQ+ Workplace Alliance program this event is specifically tailored to leaders who are supporting internal LGBTQ+ and ally initiatives, their executive sponsors and supporting staff leading B/ERG work at companies who are active Impact Partners.
