PRESENTERS
November’s program will feature two speakers from Shell USA:
Tracy Upton (she/her), Supply Chain Specialist, winner of the Chamber’s Supplier Diversity Advocate of the Year Award. Tracy will be presenting an overview of Shell's Supplier Diversity program, what she focused on in 2024 that set her apart, and facilitate a Q&A on how B/ERGs can engage with supplier diversity staff at their company.
Denise Hall (she/her), Diversity Equity & Inclusion Advisor. Did you know, Shell has 126 ERGs across more than 30 countries and regions? Denise will present on the Shell’s ERG structures, the “concept of the three C’s”, and stakeholder mapping. Be inspired to consider how you can apply these concepts to your own B/ERG at your company.
After the presentations, we will also have an open discussion opportunity to share best practices and ask questions for peer to peer engagement. Don't miss this opportunity to engage with peers from across the region. Register today to save your spot!
