Owner Julia Grossman features a unique blend of South American and Pan-Asian flavors in her bright, airy new restaurant in the heart of Montrose. There is ample free parking in their lot one block east of the restaurant on Fairview.

Fresh and healthy ingredients take the spotlight at Fusion Eats. There is a full bar with amazingly refreshing fruity drinks with and without alcohol.

Please join us for some great networking and some time to spend with your community. Now more than ever, we need to take time to be with like-minded people.

We hope to see you as we kick off the new year by visiting with our friends at different Chamber member restaurants each month. Don’t forget we always have some great door prizes so make sure to drop your card when you arrive.

Each person is responsible for their meal. First come, first group will be seated together. Please register so we can provide a headcount with the member restaurant. Please note: As this is a larger group event, some member restaurants may add a service charge/additional gratuity to each check.
