Let's kick off the new year with the first Chamber event of 2026! Join us for the First "SECOND" Friday Meet & Eat of the year.

We’re kicking off 2026 at a standout Chamber member restaurant in the Heights! Join us for a delicious, low-key networking lunch at Agnes and Sherman, a cozy Asian-American diner serving creative comfort food in one of Houston’s most beloved neighborhoods.

Founded by Chef Nick Wong and partner Lisa Lee, Agnes and Sherman fuses nostalgic diner classics with inventive Asian flavors. Expect scallion waffles with sambal-honey butter, crave-worthy noodles, shareable plates, and a menu that celebrates culture, community, and comfort. It’s the perfect spot to start the year!

Each attendee covers their own meal.
Seating is first-come, first-served together.
Registration is requested — this helps us give the restaurant an accurate headcount so they can prepare.
Some venues may add service charges or gratuity for larger groups.
