About
FamilyTime Crisis & Counseling Center has been a pillar of support in NortheastHarris County and beyond for over 46 years, providing life-saving services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Our comprehensive programs include emergency shelter for individuals and families of all gender identities and expressions, crisis intervention, a 24-hour hotline, sliding-scale counseling for children and adults (in-person and virtual), medical accompaniment, holistic case management, and community education.
We are proud allies of the LGBTQ+ community, with many of our employees being members themselves. Our
commitment to inclusivity means we gladly welcome LGBTQ+ survivors into our shelter and offer dedicated support groups for LGBTQ+ teens, adults, allies, and parents.
In addition, we provide educational presentations on domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking and mental heath topics, reaching businesses, schools, colleges, universities and organizations throughout Greater Houston.
